After 15 years in international banking, I chose to take a new direction following a burnout — a turning point that led me back to what truly matters: respect, love, and kindness.

To regain balance, I immersed myself in holistic practices such as meditation, relaxation, and energy healing. I later trained in Reiki, to nurture my own healing and to support others on theirs.

In 2019, I decided to pursue my lifelong passion for beauty and harmony by completing a certified Image Consulting program in Paris, where I developed a refined French approach to style and self-confidence — one that values natural elegance and authentic expression.

Today, at VIVI CURVY, I am proud to bring this French expertise to Doha, offering guidance to:

Individuals wishing to regain self-confidence and embrace their true selves,
Those seeking to refine their image for daily life or special occasions,
Clients who wish to save time while enhancing their personal style,
And companies eager to promote the well-being and potential of their teams.

Throughout my years of practice, I noticed that over 80% of my clients experience deep emotions during image coaching sessions. This realization inspired me to complement my approach with a State-certified training in Sophrology, blending mindfulness, relaxation, and self-awareness into every experience.

Since 2021, as a qualified Sophrologist, I offer:

Tailored well-being sessions using relaxation and stress management techniques,
And corporate wellness workshops that nurture balance, motivation, and inner harmony.

In 2025, I made the choice to live and work in Doha, Qatar, where I continue to share my passion for French elegance and holistic well-being with an international clientele seeking authenticity and harmony.

We don't need to know your height or weight, your eating habits, or your fitness level. We'd be happy to hear from you if you'd like to share this information, but we won't judge.

The agency also specializes in fashion for curvy women, large sizes, plus sizes.

Our vision of sophrology

Sophrology is a brief psycho-corporal therapy that helps relieve physical and mental tension. It uses dynamic relaxation and visualization techniques to achieve overall relaxation.

The advantage of using sophrological tools for image consulting is to better understand one's body, one's mind, and sometimes one's transformation.

It's not about getting a makeover and no longer recognizing yourself, it's about knowing yourself well to better accept yourself and better welcome changes.

Our support will take place over several sessions depending on the desired objectives.
